Nonprofit organizations in NOVEC’s service territory are welcome to submit requests for HELPS volunteer or financial assistance. Please review the volunteer guidelines before submitting a request.

NOVEC HELPS Board meets on the second Thursday of each month. Please have requests submitted before then for consideration. Requests submitted after that will be considered at the meeting next month.
